quick walk underwater music complimentary toiletries
The location offers easy access to nearby attractions! A quick walk gets you there. The pool has underwater music! I really enjoyed that. The room included a coffee machine, a fridge, and complimentary toiletries.
The elevators were a bit slow at times.

limited menu dated machines
I thought the room service menu was limited. there were few healthy options. the fitness center was also smaller than i expected. I found only two treadmills available. the available weight machines were dated.

location was good, room quality disappointing
stained towels torn couch
i thought the room would be nicer. for what i paid, the quality wasn't there. the couch had rips and felt worn. there were stains on some towels. the room didn't feel clean at all.. it was disappointing.

rockin' close to the parks
close location guitar rental fun theme
We really loved how close the hotel was. It made getting to the parks simple. the guitar rental option was cool! the theme was great. Lots to explore. all the little touches.
The walls felt a bit thin. Noises from the hallway were easily heard.

rocking stay!
perfect location quiet room restful night
I found the location really good, mere minutes from universal's entrance. Taking a midday break was so easy. the pool provided a perfect way to relax. the rooms were clean and very quiet were good. I slept really well!
The room service food quality was inconsistent, with some items arriving cold.

The pool features a waterslide and plenty of loungers, offering ample space to relax. A small supermarket is available onsite, providing added convenience. the gym has a good range of equipment. I really enjoyed that.

The room featured 'peace and love' pillows and a mirror to measure height against music stars. It was a fun touch! the bathroom layout allows for multiple people to use the space simultaneously.

Every staff member i encountered offered 100% effort. They were all very nice and helpful. one young man even tracked my husband down to return his wallet. That was amazing!

great location express pass thin walls cold service
the hotel had a great location near the parks that was very convenient the unlimited express pass was a real plus of staying here i found the pool area great it featured a dj during the day and music playing always.
the walls felt thin i could hear my neighbors showering i also heard conversations from the other side and people in the corridor customer service felt cold they did not ask about my stay upon checkout they just asked about emailing a receipt.

overall good, but some issues
theme park location unlimited express passes relaxing pool area dated room decor worn furniture thin walls
the location is unbeatable for visiting the theme parks. we walked to the entrance in just a few minutes. also, the unlimited express passes were a HUGE benefit, great to skip the long lines. the pool area was nice.
the room decor seemed a little dated and worn. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. during my stay, i could hear noise from neighboring rooms, impacting my sleep. the walls seemed very thin..
