The views from our Classic Room were amazing. The city lights at night were so romantic. The staff assisted with a late check-out request due to our evening flight. I appreciated the little crafts shop near the lobby. It had beautiful textiles and ceramics made in Chile (I bought a lovely gift for my mother).
The air conditioning wasn't working well initially, causing some discomfort, especially during the warmer afternoons.

mixed feelings about my stay

lacking attentivenessempty minibar
I found the service lacking in attentiveness. the minibar was empty and locked which was a bit strange. even after the room was cleaned, they did not replace toilet paper or the water i drank. Pretty annoying i must say.

My room offered a very spacious setting. The room was also quiet. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet. The buffet included omelets and scrambled eggs, as well as meat, fruit, and coffee.
The pool's temperature was a bit cold for my liking.
