modern comforts and attentive service
spacious room quality shower water replenishment comfortable bed
the room was spacious and well-equipped. i found the shower to be very good, with high-quality shower gel and shampoo. i appreciated the daily replenishment of two bottles of water and six espresso capsules. the bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup was conducive to a relaxing stay.
I requested water glasses for four days, but they were never provided. Instead, i received extra coffee cups. i had to call daily for body lotion as it was not replenished in the bathroom.

The staff was responsive and provided great service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns i had. one room attendant, ineza, ensured that my room remained clean and tidy throughout my stay.

the breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available each morning. i especially enjoyed the fresh juices, with cucumber juice being a highlight. the food was always refilled.

The hotel is situated just a short taxi ride from the city center. This location made it easy to get around and explore various attractions. the convenient access greatly enhanced my ability to see the city.

acceptable stay, but service issues persist
missing body lotion unfulfilled refund
the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options each morning, and i found something to eat.
the room was not adequately serviced. body lotion was never replenished , despite repeated requests to the housekeeping staff. also, i booked a hotel car to the airport, but a regular taxi arrived instead, without prior notice from the hotel. i was promised a refund for the car service, but i have yet to receive it.

gym equipment delicious breakfast pool club sandwich unready suite different allocation inconvenient change
The gym was superb, it had all the equipment I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with an omelette chef and a wide selection of items. I enjoyed club sandwiches by the pool. They were very good.
The suite I booked was not ready when I arrived, it was quite inconvenient. A different room was allocated, it was not what I expected. I found this change disappointing after a long trip.
