The hotel room had sufficient space to move around. i found amazing and powerful water pressure in the shower. the hotel beds felt medium to firm and comfortable. The hotel also honoured my request for additional pillows and blankets.
the room cleaning occurred only once . the bathroom trash was not cleaned properly, a minor inconvenience. i still liked the hotel overall.

the reception and front desk staff were generally friendly, and they usually acknowledged and greeted me. the hotel offered a choice of beer, green tea, matcha tea, or coca cola for waiving housekeeping. i appreciated this option.

this hotel had free skincare, bath salt, and personal care amenities available. i noticed delicious free coffee and tea in the reception area. the towels, bottles of water, and green tea were replenished daily, though starting jun 1, 2025, towels will be charged.

the hotel is an eight minute walk from karasuma train station, with a flat road. i found a 7/11 across the street and a large grocery store a few minutes down the street. the main street and shopping area are only two blocks away!
