missing television insufficient chairs
the staff provided good service it was acceptable
the absence of a television in the room was disappointing i also found the lack of a refrigerator inconvenient these omissions detracted from the overall experience furthermore the limited number of chairs around the pool was insufficient given the number of rooms at the hotel

Quiet Comfort Close to Attractions
helpful staff comfortable bed sunning bathroom
I appreciated the helpful staff who arranged a sunset cruise. the extra large bed was quite comfortable. the bathroom included everything i needed. It was a really sunning space.
The location is slightly outside of town. A taxi is needed, but it is very close.

The hotel catered for vegetarian food. It was really good. tea and coffee were available at any time. i enjoyed sitting around having a cuppa after the day full of activities.

the hotel is beautiful. it is cozy, very clean and well kept. you could be happy just sitting in the lobby or around the pool as the ambience is relaxing and soothing.

the location was easy to get everywhere. transfer to the falls and back was organised. this made visiting the attractions simple and stress-free.
