broken latchskipped housekeeping
The security latch on my door was broken. I told the front desk, though nothing was done about it. I also found that housekeeping skipped my room one day, pretty inconvenient. There was no excuse for that. It.

Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks
excessive parking feeunwelcoming front desk
The parking fee of $15 per day felt excessive. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The trash bins filled quickly with no daily service despite requesting it. The front desk staff also seemed uninterested in helping with inquiries. They were not cute.
