Balanced stay near the ruins
rooftop pool free parking dirt road hotel maintenance
I was charmed by the rooftop pool area. The pool offered nice views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also decent, even if vegetarian options were a bit limited. It was a pleasant surprise to have free parking in the hotel car park.
I observed rust on the balcony, staircase, and roof. The access road to the hotel is a dirt road. It features big holes, though the proximity of the hotel to the site made this a minor issue.

Decent stay near the ruins
pretty sunset close ruins public bus missing fridge unfriendly staff uncomfortable men
The hotel is very close to the ruins. That was the main reason I chose this spot. Learning the schedule for the public buses made getting into the city easier. Sunsets above the forest were very pretty to watch. I appreciate the proximity to the archaeological site.
The room lacked a fridge, something I expected. The rooftop has a lot of potential, though it needs some work. I saw men without wristbands sitting around. It made me uncomfortable. The staff weren't particularly friendly, it was disappointing.

beautiful rooftop spacious room good tv
the rooftop had a beautiful space for meals and a bar with a swimming pool. the room was spacious and airy. there was a good tv selection (i especially liked the movie channels!).
i noticed the access road is a dirt road with big holes making wheeling luggage a bit difficult.
