pleasant stay near grand anse beach
lovely grounds friendly staff island tours perfect location
The grounds feature well-tended flowers and greenery. the staff provided recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel team also helped me book island tours and taxis easily. i really enjoyed the short walk to grand anse beach. The location worked perfectly for me.
the hill to reach rooms can be a bit steep. i carried my suitcase down since the wait for help was a little long.

the a la carte menu has good local dishes and juices. everything is served with a smile. the prices are also very affordable.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel was very clean. I liked that it was a good option in a nice location. It did not serve food in the evening, but plenty of nice places to eat. They are within walking distance.
The General Manager want money upfront, but fail to fulfill his part of the contract by providing a safe and comfortable room. There was a room infested by mold. The General Manager keep threatening us, say we will have to leave the premises if we were unhappy. He refuse to provide any refund for the inconvenience caused by broken AC.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is also close to the beach! though the hill to the rooms is quite steep, the view is worth it.
The pool needed better upkeep. the cleanliness could have been improved. I found a cracked tile in my room.

uphill walk minimal toiletries
the walk to my room was a considerable distance uphill. this was especially difficult with luggage. i also found the selection of toiletries quite minimal.. there was only a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. a larger selection or higher quality products would have been appreciated.

adequate stay, some issues
cloudy water staff gossip
the pool didn't seem well kept. the water was cloudy (it wasn't very inviting, to be honest). additionally, i felt some staff members shared personal information with outsiders. this was quite upsetting, as i value my privacy, and it.
