comfortable bed controlled air conditioning super clean hotel unfunctional check-in strong sewer smell adjoining rooms
the bed in the room was very comfortable. air conditioning, i could controlled it from the room. the hotel was super clean, i saw not a single speck of dust anywhere. the breakfast was excellent, i found a good choice and fresh ingredients.
online check in did not work. i had to queue for 30 minutes for complete the check in process. sewer smell, it was so strong in our room, i had to sleep in another room. i booked 2 adjoining rooms and this caused inconvenience.

big bed helpful reception bar service food offer
The room had a comfortable big bed. The maids were fantastic. Everything was cleaned to the highest standard. I also appreciated how helpful the Reception were, regarding restaurants directions and taxi reservations.
We found the lack of bar services disappointing. We also were disappointed the complete lack of any service on New Year's eve. The food offer was less than one would find in a petrol station. The front desk staff had to search to find a bottle of wine.

charming place!
excellent location comfy armchairs underground parking
location was excellent near the cathedral. my room included two comfy armchairs. staff members spoke english fluently, and this helped a lot. the underground parking made things easy, and the hotel's location was definitely fab.
the air conditioning took a while to cool the room down.

the hotel is right next to the riverway and the central area. many restaurants and cafes are only a five-minute walk. i found the location very good. a festival was also going on .

the staff were very friendly and helpful. a manager saw us wandering around and quickly offered assistance.

the breakfast had an excellent selection of fresh items.
online check-in didn't work for me. i had to queue for what reminded me of ages. additionally, there was a noticeable sewer smell in my allocated room, so strong i had to move to another room. it was quite an inconvenience because i had booked two rooms.

the staff were helpful. parking was convenient.
Online check-in didn't work. i had to queue for thirty minutes. the hotel was packed because of a concert. The hotel kitchen did not open until 8 pm. it was inconvenient.
