The staff had such warm smiles and were always ready to help! our room had a super comfy bed. i also loved the view from the room. It was great. the beaches were so close!
the floors in the room were not cleaned properly sadly. there wasn't service for lost items.

the outdoor pool was a highlight, boasting free access and plenty of space for everyone! i also appreciated the large bedrooms, some featured amazing views of the mar menor. staff was helpful!

The reception staff was cute and helpful. They facilitated taxis for us. They also switched my mother's room to meet her needs. The buffet food was of a high standard, fresh, and hot. The pool area had lots of space and was well kept.
the bed was a little too firm, and the pillows proved HARD, so i did not sleep well.

The breakfast selection was varied and good. There was a LOT of choice, including fresh fruit, pastries, cooked sausages, eggs, tomatoes, and baked beans. I was very impressed. Staff kept everything well-organised.

I found the staff to be friendly. The restaurant was well-organized. I never had to wait around for crockery or glasses. The gym offered workout options and a spa allowed for relaxation.

The reception staff greeted me warmly. I received a complimentary glass of bubbly in the bar upon arrival. My room included a queen size bed and offered views of the Mar Menor. The chefs prepared vegetarian meals directly for my table. The service was AMAZING!!!
