an okay experience
excellent locationhelpful staffbreakfast optionssmall roomlack of heatingnoticeable noise
the location was excellent, near many sights. staff members were helpful to me . breakfast offered many options for different tastes.
the room i stayed in was smaller than expected. the bathroom lacked heating, a problem during cooler months. street noise was noticeable, especially early in the morning.

a few issues, but not terrible
small roomabsent heating
My ground floor room felt much smaller than the pictures online. i also found that the bathroom had no heating. in october, the floor was cold and there were no heaters. i had to bring in a mobile heater to get any warmth. It was quite disappointing

the breakfast was good. it included a lot of options.
the room faced a noisy alley. there was loud yelling in the street multiple times, so i had trouble sleeping.
