I found the staff very friendly and cute. they provided excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants. they helped with taxi arrangements. the hotel's mr & mrs smith decor gave it a funky feel. My wife and i appreciated THAT greatly.
the outside bar and restaurant played MUSIC quite loudly. it started late morning and continued into the night. the sound penetrated into my room.

the hotel boasts a PERFECT location with convenient access. the tram and metro are a short walk away, nice for easy city exploration. this allows guests to quickly reach various attractions and destinations.

the rooms are well appointed and designed. the bathroom included heated floors, slippers, and robes for comfort. the room was like home, unlike a typical chain hotel, WHICH adds to the stay.

loud musicoutdoor bar
the noise from the outdoor bar was seriously bad. it started early and kept going late. i couldn't get a nap in the afternoon, and sleep before midnight was impossible. i booked this hoping for some peace, but the loud music ruined it.
