my DIAMOND status secured upgrades to harbour view rooms, a great bonus. the beds were very comfortable, and i slept soundly. the blackout curtains worked WELL. ample space was available for storing clothes and luggage, very useful after shopping.

the minibar was slightly warm , affecting the freshness of items stored under the desk.

the room had plentiful space for luggage and shopping bags i gathered during sales at the shopping centre nk. the blackout curtains ensured darkness at night, conducive to a good sleep. pillows of different types were also available.

the hotel staff accommodated requests efficiently, such as hot chocolate served quickly to children. staff provided sugar packets promptly when requested for pancakes, a nice touch. the reception was always attended, with staff ready to assist with luggage.

the hotel offers complimentary cookies in the lobby, a SWEET welcome. the overall hotel scent is very appealing.

the room size was acceptable for a city hotel. breakfast had plenty of options and a stylish dining room.

i booked a premium room with a sea view, but the adjacent theatre had a bar. loud music played until late into the night making sleep impossible. i think they could do something about this.

The hotel's location is great for visiting the city.

I found the staff to be lacking during my four-night stay. The TV and bathroom ventilation in my room were broken. Despite reporting this on the first night and requesting repair or a room change, my request was never fulfilled. Excuses were made, such as it being too late to change rooms or no rooms being available, and the technician only briefly turned the TV on and off, not fixing the actual problem of it shutting off after five minutes.

the location was great and near everything i wanted to see.

the whole hotel seemed dirty. getting water for the room required going to get it myself. it seemed odd for such hotel and not convenient at all, the noise was beyond control. i heard music late at night.
