The staff were friendly. The hotel's location is near shopping areas and not far from the city center. I found it easy to access the highway (a plus for island exploration).

The noise from the street was noticeable. I could hear it despite the double glazing. Some of the furniture looked old and dirty (it affected my perception of cleanliness).

The hotel room had a large, comfortable bed. i found lots of space for storage and a big bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. the sea view from my room was so calming. I really enjoyed this hotel,

the walls are quite thin. the sounds of traffic and people passing by talking late at night were often audible, a minor distraction!

the location works great it is near the bus station. it is a short walk to the town centre too. the hotel seems clean and well maintained.

i found the staff cold. some staff members were avoidant and that seemed unprofessional. i asked them to warm our food but they said they had neither microwave or oven.

The location is really close to public transport and the taxi rank. the staff were very helpful and polite, i appreciate that. all necessities were available. There was even a mini fridge.

The rooms have one very small window and no balcony. all interior lighting is with bright white energy saving bulbs. It feels like a dentist's surgery. the fruits were only apples and the pastries were individually wrapped bite-size fairy cakes.
