pleasant experience
quick check-in helpful staff complimentary upgrade
i was impressed with the quick check-in. the staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. i especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade and cava for my partner's birthday. car hire was also easily arranged at reception at a cheaper price.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

Check-in with the reception team was very efficient. I received a free upgrade on arrival. There was also a bottle of Cava in the room for my partner's birthday. Car hire was cheaper through reception and easy to arrange so I could explore the island.
The plastic sunbeds need some attention so that people can feel more comfortable by the pool area.

Breakfast was surprisingly good with many options available. Freshly prepared meals from the menu were available during the day so you could have a light lunch. There was a small buffet but the food was delicious and varied.

Our room had a fabulous sea view, plenty of space, and cleanliness. The hotel was super clean. Bed was comfy and big with lovely pillows. Some British channels bbc, itv, c4 were available on two TVs in the suite.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations on local places. The reception team offered great advice on beaches to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff are hard working and proud of their hotel.

The check-in was very efficient. The reception staff were cute. We got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. It was gorgeous with a massive balcony. The room had a separate living area, a four-poster bed, and even a spa bath.. talk about LUXURY! Views facing east included the beach.
The pool area needed a bit more attention. Some areas felt slightly neglected.

The hotel boasts an very nice location right in front of the ocean, great for morning strolls. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants and a supermarket, which makes getting supplies very easy and convenient. It's a prime spot for exploring local spots.

Our junior suite was huge, providing lots of space to unwind and relax, so spacious! We had a lovely balcony, it allowed superb sea views. I enjoyed it. The bathroom was super clean and included all essential toiletries like liquid soap and shampoo.

The breakfast buffet was expansive, various choices were on display each morning. Amazing! I especially appreciated the new dishes appearing daily. Fresh fruit and local delicacies really stood out.

The staff demonstrated very nice friendliness and attentiveness. The spa experience was great, Andreas provided an excellent sports massage. I felt rejuvenated! Every team member seemed dedicated to.

Charmed by the Seaview Suite
suite upgrade nice balcony good variety
Enrique at check-in was very friendly and accommodating. I got a suite upgrade with space and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast and dinner offered good variety, so I never struggled to find something tasty. The hotel provided a relaxed atmosphere.
The pool needed more cleaning, particularly the sunbeds. Shade was limited around the area. The space felt small for the amount of guests.

My room had a large terrace offering sea views. It also included a jacuzzi! The size was generous, and the design created a clean, comfortable atmosphere for my stay. The room had all the basics. I really needed it for a great experience.

The hotel is near many bars and restaurants and I could walk to the nearby village. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the airport. The ride was easy and convenient. There is also a walkway that runs alongside the hotel, along the sea front.

The restaurant staff was fantastic. The food was good and the service was excellent! The reception team was very helpful, offering assistance and answering all my questions promptly. Check-in was efficient and smooth.

great selection breakfast selection stained cushions ripped cushions
The breakfast had a great selection of food. This met my expectations.
The pool cushions looked stained. they were ripped, and generally past their best. IT definitely gave me a feeling of uncleanliness.
