mixed feelings after my stay

modern roomsinefficient procedure

the rooms were modern (i liked the decor) and the hotel was visually appealing.

The dining service was flawed. Drinks were often missed, and the staff seemed defensive when i asked for them. it looked that the current procedures are inefficient and lead to frequent oversights. soft drinks were not freely available either.

the rooms were spacious and modern. there were plenty of activities for the children. i found it easy to find a sunbed each day. the walkway outside the hotel was lovely.

i thought the service was quite sloppy. some of the bar staff and waitresses seemed lazy. their favourite word seemed to be 'no' (which ruined the experience). it was quite disappointing.
