a serene stay near the city of lights
polite stafffresh sanctuarybreakfast choices
i found the staff really good. they were always polite and helpful, exceeding every expectation i had. the hotel presented itself immaculate, a fresh sanctuary. the breakfast offered a variety of choices.
the street around the hotel looks a little bit unattended but this did not affect my stay.

the double room had comfortable beds and fresh towels everyday. it included a modern shower room. the amenities included fresh coffee, restocked regularly , such a treat.

the breakfast area offered a selection of fresh pastries. i enjoyed various fruits, juices, and hot items. the coffee machine made a fine cup, just perfect for a morning start.

the hotel is near the metro. several local shops and bakeries are steps away. quiet evenings were a treat.

mixed experience. some issues noticed.
undisclosed depositrun-down exterior
I was charged a deposit not disclosed beforehand. it was a surprise. my room lacked water and a mini fridge. Staff initially said one thing, then another. the exterior looks quite run down. this is not up to the hotel standards.

The staff was amazing! every staff member was a credit to the accomodation. My room was very nice, neat, and clean. Everything was new and working well including wifi.
The location wasn't the best. In terms of security and aesthetics. The room smelled of a very unnatural scent. Like they were trying to hide a smoking smell maybe.

The metro line 12 is nearby. It is a block away. A supermarket is about a minute away. Very convenient for grabbing essentials. The area is up and coming and close to public transport.

The front desk is manned late into the night. The staff was helpful. Offering advice on navigating the city. One of the staff was very attentive throughout my stay. Giving tips on what to do.
