the location was convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. the facility to store bags on departure day was also very helpful to me.
The safe in my room was defective, quite inconvenient. housekeeping did not show up on two days . The receptionist had to assist with towels and trashcans.

the location was great for accessing the moulin rouge, i admit.
The room i had booked looked tired. the bed canopy had a large rip right in the middle, i was not happy. the room was supposed to have a jacuzzi, but it lacked a proper shower. Each time i showered, water flooded the bathroom floor, and it was very messy. some of the wall had exposed bricks, this felt unfinished to me.

the reception staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries , including shampoo , conditioner , and body wash. my room had a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout , which i found very convenient.
the elevator was a bit slow , requiring some patience during peak hours.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is just a minute from the pigalle metro station! the interior design throughout the hotel is beautifully executed. my room included a juliet balcony offering a lovely view from the upper floors.
the spa bath in my room didn't work, i noticed mold behind a curtain.
