poor air conditioninghallway noise
i was a bit let down by a few things. the air conditioning barely worked making the room uncomfortably warm. also, the noise isolation was poor i could hear everything happening in the hallway. these issues impacted my sleep and overall enjoyment.

The staff were great. We were upgraded to a lovely room for our anniversary. I loved the expansive pool area. The atmosphere was friendly and cute.
We thought we had booked the suite including a bath. the room only had a shower. I considered querying it, but ultimately decided to continue with our stay.
