consistent quality, great value
breakfast selectionrenovated bathrooms
i found the breakfast selection great with many choices. the pool area offers plenty of beds, and the garden provided a spacious area for sunbathing. i was happy to see recently fitted showers in the renovated bathrooms. i liked the comfortable beds as well. the receptionist, bar staff, cleaners, and the family owners are all so lovely and friendly. we booked for next year. i am certain. i have been coming back to this hotel for the past 15 years.
a downside was the noise, there were younger guests making a lot of noise until the early hours and slamming doors. i think they should stop having group bookings or put younger guests at a different part of the hotel. i struggled to sleep.

the hotel is near shopping, restaurants, and bars, just minutes away by foot. pikes is only 10 minutes away by taxi. the hotel has a great location, very close to the beach. taxis always park outside the hotel if needed.

the staff were friendly, attentive, and kind from the beginning. every single staff member is always happy to help. the people in reception are also amazing, i think it's the kindest reception i have ever experienced. the hotel staff are very helpful.

rooms include recently fitted, good showers, and tea-making facilities. rooms also have a fridge. the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout. the bathrooms are newly renovated with walk-in showers and are an excellent upgrade.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The staff was really friendly (especially in the restaurant). The hotel provided a free safe in the room.

I am so happy about the rooms! A fridge was in the room, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had a great selection, it was so varied.
The hotel felt kinda old. It was partly refurbished. The noise was too much. Younger guests were making noise until the early hours. The slamming of doors made it hard to sleep.
