i found the location acceptable as it was near the main shopping street.
I encountered some issues . the mini-bar items were complimentary upon arrival, yet they were never refilled despite my request (which was a bit disappointing). additionally, i was asked to change rooms. Afterwards, a shirt i left in the closet could not be located and i didn't feel very cared for when i reported it.

the central location made it easy to get around, and i loved exploring nearby shops. the breakfast was a total treat with so many fresh options. the staff were helpful.
i did notice that the television had a limited selection of international channels.

the breakfast buffet included both sweet and savory items with fresh options. the servers greeted everyone with a smile each morning, and they were very attentive to guests. lemonade was available in the lobby, this was refreshing after a day out.

the reception staff made check-in and check-out very easy. ilona showed kindness and patience. carlos at the front desk provided helpful suggestions. the staff speaks english very well, i found that convenient.

my room included bath products. the room was very clean. the bed was big and comfortable. the shower, bathtub, and toilet were separate rooms. i really appreciated the meticulous room cleaning each day.

the hotel's location is close to many main attractions. passeig de gracia is wonderful. it is easy to catch a taxi or public transportation from this location. the hotel provides complimentary transport cards!
