The location was acceptable as it was close to a metro station.
The room I received did not match the photos online the walls looked worn. The air conditioning made a loud noise and seemed dusty. The bed was uncomfortably hard making it difficult to sleep well .

I found the location quite convenient near a metro station. the staff was friendly and efficient. They promptly addressed all my requests. my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. i appreciated the option to store luggage after checkout, great for more exploration.
i noticed the rooftop pool was rather small, more suitable for a quick dip than a proper swim.

My room included a television equipped with chromecast for streaming. it had a comfortable bed. I had a great night's sleep and watched a movie before drifting off.

The reception staff spoke several languages. I found communication very easy as they seemed to speak english, they also spoke spanish and understood me well.

The Clot metro station is very near. It is just 200 meters away. The room could be a little big. It was clean.
The fridge was faulty. It woke us up early. Our door was open one day. I reported this to reception. The pool look much smaller in person than on the photos.
