The location was superb. i found myself near the shops and the marina. the room was quite clean, and i especially liked the toiletries provided. the breakfast offered a nice selection. I liked what was available.

The air conditioning did not function properly in my room. it barely produced any airflow. i reported it, but the staff said it was working fully. That was not true. the room remained uncomfortable. I wish they had addressed it more effectively.

The breakfast started too late at 8 a.m. (This was a real problem for early excursions). There was also an unpleasant smell coming from outside. I think it was a nearby rubbish site. This made it hard to enjoy the balcony.

The hotel was in the heart of the town. Mermeli Beach was within walking distance. A bus stop was a few kilometers away and a taxi stand was 200 meters away. The owner was cute and personally oversaw guests.

One staff member was unhelpful at the reception in the night. He was rude and asked us to bring soiled towels to get new towels. He said that he was alone and had no help.
