wonderful stay in a convenient location!

i chose the beautiful double room. it was a great experience. the breakfast space is beautiful with attentive staff. i enjoyed the complimentary tea upon arrival. the hotel also offered free sauna and hammam services.

the kettle in my room seemed a bit dodgy. its functionality depended on its position on the base. it required some fiddling to get it working correctly. it was a minor inconvenience though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated the attention from Sabrina, Emre, Mehmet, Berfin and Eray! I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It had so many options.

The staff was kind and helpful. They arranged a good breakfast even when i needed to leave early (such a thoughtful touch!). i loved the spa area. It felt so relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel offered excellent value. I felt pampered without breaking the bank.

I noticed a slight smell in the lobby near the dining room. It seemed to be related to cleaning products after they mopped.

The hotel is situated very near to the city center, it is an easy walk to many attractions. a tram stop is also located close by. That makes traveling around the area quite convenient. the marina is also very easily accessible.
