Historical charm and great service
great location spacious room
I enjoyed the hotel's location. It was close to main attractions. The room was spacious and traditionally decorated. (i loved the big bathroom!)

charming hotel with historic touch
great location beautiful courtyard
i was grateful for the hotel's location near shopping and restaurants. friendly staff provided good service always. The hotel courtyard was a very beautiful space to eat and have drinks.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool right in the middle of the restaurant. I noticed several historical roman ruins that are acutely present on hotel grounds. There is also a well-stocked bar available near the pool.

our beautiful double room featured clean white sheets. Towels were changed daily which was very nice. The room had adequate space with comfortable beds. Air conditioning work excellent for comfortable temperatures.

breakfast offered tasty honey and jams on turkish bread. Eggs were cooked as you preferred it. Various meats and cheeses were available, it was so delicious. I also appreciated the availability of porridge.

The staff assisted with directions and bus schedules. Most of the staff members looked very approachable and helpful. The waiter, volcan, was a very lovely man doing his job professionally always.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff daily cleaning two pools
i loved staying here! the staff were friendly and always ready to help. our room was cleaned daily and the cleaning lady made adorable towel figurines! the hotel has two pools, and i enjoyed relaxing by the private pool with tasty cocktails from the pool bar. i also received a discount at the restaurant because i was a hotel guest!!!
the noise from nearby bars was noticeable at times.

This hotel boasts a prime location with easy walking distance to major attractions. This made exploring very convenient. tourists often stopped to photograph the lovely courtyard and pool. the hotel's central position allowed quick access to local sights.

The room was spacious with traditional decor. It featured a big bathroom with a great shower. white sheets were provided and changed regularly. ample hanging space was available.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. There were lots of cheeses, salads, breads, and fruits available. eggs were cooked to order, and turkish sausage was available. the food was AMAZING!!!

The location was great. It was easy to walk to many attractions. Breakfast offered various cheeses, salads, breads, and fruits. The hotel has a lot of character and charm (a world away from dull multinational hotels).
The room was small. I could clearly hear noise from outside. There were not enough sun loungers by the main pool.

excessive noise unclean pool
the staff at reception was friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
my room was quite noisy because of nearby bars and late-night street activity. it was difficult to sleep, especially with bottle collection sounds around 4am, and i even smelled cigarette smoke in my room then. i also noticed the pool area wasn't very clean, disappointing..

breakfast buffet helpful staff street noise soap refill
The breakfast buffet had a LOT of options. I found something new each morning. The staff helped with nearby parking, a definite plus, because finding a spot YOURSELF would have been impossible.
Our room faced a side street, and the noise at night was EXTREME,. A nearby club played music until quite late. soap and shower gel were not refilled. I had to ask for more.
