The hotel is right by the beach. It was very convenient. the pool included a bar with drinks, a plus. the reception team was nice. the location made it easy to access nearby areas.
the cups for tea were small, a bit inconvenient. there were many young children, at the hotel. the dinner buffet seemed poor. i found the selection limited and not very exciting.

I found the location directly on the beach amazing and very convenient. the staff members, cristina and ludmilla, provided really good customer service. breakfast was also really good. There were many options.

the hotel's location was directly on the beach (i loved waking up to that view). our room had excellent bathroom facilities, i especially appreciated the shower. the breakfast buffet was great (especially the pancakes!).
the tea and coffee cups provided in the room were quite small.

the hotel offers direct access to the beach with white sand and crystal clear water (so relaxing!). the hotel is a convenient distance from local amenities, shops, and restaurants. free on-street parking is generally available nearby.

the staff members i encountered throughout my stay were consistently pleasant and helpful. i noticed they were quick to address questions and offer assistance as needed. one staff member spoke russian, especially helpful.

the location was right on the beach it met my expectations
i was annoyed that our room smelled bad when we turned on the air conditioning staff only sprayed air freshener instead of fixing it the smell came back i had an uncomfortable night

mixed experience at this hotel
poor dinner buffetweak coffee
I found the dinner buffet quite disappointing. It seemed geared more toward children liking sweets. i ended up eating at el puentecito nearby. It was much better (i recommend it!). the breakfast buffet was ok, but lacked any real standout items. also, the coffee machine coffee wasn't my favorite, though i know that's common in many hotels around here.
