fresh fruit homemade dishes quick taxis
the room was a twin room and it was really clean. daily breakfast included fresh fruit and homemade dishes, it was yummy. the hotel staff arranged quick taxis for airport trips. I find that super convenient
the pool was bit small for the amount of guest in the hotel.

adequate stay with minor drawbacks
beach towels accessible location missing sign air conditioning
The hotel provided beach towels and an umbrella. That was very helpful for our beach trips. the hotel's location allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. This was very convenient for exploring.
Our room lacked a 'do not disturb' sign. Housekeeping sometimes interrupted us unexpectedly. i found that the air conditioning had usage restrictions. It was only available between 4 pm and 8 am.

cockroach in the bathroom inadequate compensation
The location was excellent, quite close to the main square. It was easy to walk to the bus stop for public transport.
I found a large cockroach in the bathroom one evening. The staff offered a room change and disinfected, however there was no guarantee that would not happen again. They offered a small bottle of champagne and some drinks as compensation, i found it inadequate.

Excellent stay
great location plenty choices helpful staff
The hotel is very close to the square, which I liked. Breakfast included many choices that changed daily. Dinner in the restaurant had plenty of options and the staff helped with recommendations (very useful!).
