mixed feelings about the stay
small roomuncomfortable bed
the room wasn't great it was small and i found bugs i also noticed a musty smell the bed wasn't comfortable i found the sink clogged there were no hooks to hang towels the pool water felt cold and the floor around it had leaves. the worst thing was the lights turning on randomly at night it happened several times i told the front desk but the concierge seemed indifferent

i thought the checking in was super easy, seriously! the room had a fabulous sea view! bar staff are super attentive. the pool bar service is excellent and the food truck too.
There were sewage smells around the hotel sometimes, like ugh. the lounge etiquette needs major improvements, seriously it does. people leave towels on lounges overnight to "reserve" them. That's crazy.

My son loved the kids club. He wanted to give the hotel a million stars! The beach is directly accessible from the hotel. The view is lovely.
Every evening the plates were not properly cleaned and I struggled to find a clean plate. It happened daily.

The double room offered a wonderful pool view from the balcony. The room included a comfortable queen size bed. It also had blackout curtains, a plus for a restful sleep.
