great location with amazing river views

the hotel had a supermarket on site. it was very convenient and close to iconsiam. i enjoyed netflix and loved the river view from my room.
i found that room service closes early at 22h30. i could hear everything including rain and water going down the drains.

huge varietyfriendly staff
the breakfast offered a huge variety i loved the location near the river it was an easy walk to iconsiam the staff made me feel at home i found them very friendly and helpful
sound insulation from the windows was poor i could hear boats quite early

the grounds hold a supermarket. this made getting little things so easy. i also used the massage place there. i found peace among gorgeous spots to just be in the gardens. there were wonderful four poster beds around the pool.
the shower products had a scent not to my taste.

The pool was large and well kept. I used it daily. my room had a king bed and river view, just as i requested. the staff was always available and quick to help with any requests.
The gym only had a few weights. I couldn't do my full workout.

Ms. pony at reception was helpful. She answered all my questions promptly. mr luke from the restaurant provided great service each morning during breakfast. the staff speaks excellent english.

the hotel is close to iconsiam for easy access to shopping and dining. it is also next to the river, awesome for convenient water taxi transportation. the surrounding area felt secure and easy to navigate.
