impractical room designpoor ventilation
The room design felt impractical. Light was minimal, with very little daylight, and the ventilation seemed poor. The bathroom flooded after showers. I also noticed a strange smell that lingered in the room, unpleasant. Ultimately, the experience didn't feel worth the cost.

much noiseno bar
i was a little surprised there was no bar or restaurant. i could not sleep because there was too much noise from outside. apart from this, the staff was nice and available.

Really good stay close to everything

The hotel has a great location near Urgell Metro stop and Aerobus stop. This made exploring easy. Many cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets are nearby. I appreciated the convenient tea and coffee maker in the spacious, clean room.
The street noise was noticeable despite claims of soundproofing.

The rooftop pool offered a good escape with comfortable loungers. The pool water was clean and cool! It provided a refreshing contrast to the urban setting, and the dedicated towel service added a touch of convenience.

the hotel has a modern style. i had a spacious room with a tea set and a minibar. the internet connection was good. it was convenient to get to the hotel from the airport using the aerobus as the stop is very close. the staff were very nice and friendly (i contacted them several times).
the room lacked proper soundproofing so there was a lot of street noise. i could hear everything clearly and it was difficult to sleep well. bringing earplugs is definitely necessary.

The hotel is located on gran via near the urgell metro stop. the aerobus stop is also nearby at universitat. exploring the city is very convenient from this location. Many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are close by.

the room was a decent size and very clean. it included a seating area, a nice addition. the bed was big and comfortable, so i slept well. the air conditioning worked effectively (a necessity during the summer).
