mostly fine stay
good location easy metro roof restaurants inadequate curtains broken air conditioning reception unresponsiveness
the location is good for travel. metro access is very close. a big shopping mall offers many restaurants on the roof.
the room i got have curtains. they not close fully. the air conditioning dont work. i talk about this to reception.

Fantastic Location and Great Amenities!
rooftop bar amazing views ideal location
The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool. It offers amazing views! I enjoyed a cocktail while catching some sun. The location is ideal as it is close to the Espanya metro station. A taxi ride to the port took only ten minutes.
The light switches were a bit confusing to use. The labels indicating which light was which were very old.

The staff were GREAT. They are helpful with any request. The front desk staff worked to get us checked in early. The people respond immediately and are always very friendly.

This hotel has a SUPER location. Everything is nearby. The subway station is just down the road, providing easy access to every spot in the city. The airport and tourist attractions are conveniently accessible.

dire coffee uncomfortable mattress
The breakfast was overpriced. The coffee machine did not work, which I found quite inconvenient. The windows offered inadequate soundproofing, so street noise was a problem. The mattress was firm and uncomfortable. This affected my sleep.

worn labels foul odor
The light switches were a mystery! I had to guess which one controlled what since the labels were completely worn off. there was some odd smell wafting from the lobby to the second floor. Think sewer meets abandoned building. It wasn't exactly the most cute aroma.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
metro lines affordable price rooftop pool
I found the location great. It connects with two metro lines. the price was affordable. It felt decent for a place to stay. the room had a bathtub and plenty of space.. this was a plus. i thought the rooftop pool and bar were excellent.
the shower and faucet had very low water pressure because of the city's water saving program the hotel participated in.

I noticed a starbucks adjoined the lobby. It offered a quick and easy coffee option. there is a shopping mall nearby with numerous food options too. i also saw loads of places to eat within walking distance.

rooftop pool helpful recommendation
The rooftop pool had nice views. Edmond and Laura made cocktails and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing. The bar service up there was excellent. I found the price reasonable.
The room had very slight noise issues due to street sounds.

faulty air conditioning insufficient curtains
The room i got had curtains that didn't fully close. the air conditioning wasn't working. i reported this to the front desk. their initial response was to offer me a sleep mask? obviously, i said that wasn't what i paid for. after much back and forth, i did get a different room though, and it was as it should be.
