adequate stay with some drawbacks
street noise lack of shower facilities
the staff were friendly. (i found this to be generally true).
my room faced the street and was quite noisy. i found it hard to sleep with the constant sounds of traffic and people outside. the window seemed to offer little sound insulation. there were no shower facilities available after checkout because of maintenance.

noisy air conditioning missing shampoo
My room had some significant issues. The air conditioning WAS noisy. I had to open the window, BUT it was still uncomfortably hot. This NEEDS addressing. when I arrived, shampoo was missing and the shower hose leaked, though this was quickly fixed.

Excellent Central Stay
helpful staff central location quick service
I found the staff to be very helpful with directions. The location was very central, which allowed easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the service was very quick (a great perk!).
The room faced the inner courtyard. It was quiet, but it meant there was very little natural light coming into the room.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, and a selection of cold cuts, with hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon also available. Coffee, tea, and juices were readily accessible, and the area was kept very clean. I especially enjoyed the churros (a local delight!).

My room included a comfortable bed with crisp linens and several pillows. A mini-bar was stocked with various drinks and snacks, available for purchase. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

The breakfast was good. I appreciate variety. the air conditioning worked WELL. the room had a spacious shower, and i liked it.

pleasant stay in a central location

the room had convenient tea and coffee making facilities and the small pool offered a refreshing way to cool down. the hotel's location allowed for a quick walk into the city center. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the elevator seemed to be a bit slow at times i had to wait a little longer than expected to reach my floor

The location IS superb. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The staff was helpful with local recommendations. I appreciated that the pool was available to cool down (i really enjoyed it). The breakfast selection WAS good.
