exceeded every expectation!

the room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed! i loved the private terrace and used the sitting area every day. it had two lounge chairs! we walked around the beautiful town when i wasn't relaxing there.
the room we booked, a superior double or twin room, was inferior! the breakfast selection was disappointing, lacking variety!

the location is super central, placing me within easy walking distance of major sights and lovely cafes? the hotel offers convenient access to tapas bars and various shopping options.

Breakfast featured an excellent buffet. It included eggs and bacon cooked to order. freshly squeezed orange juice and cava added a touch of luxury? coffee was also great. The "private dining room" was a nice touch.

the hotel had a beautiful antique filled interior, reminiscent of a museum! common areas displayed elegant fixtures, it's gorgeous.

my room included bath robes and slippers, its a bonus! the bed was huge and comfortable, it was sumptuous, and i rested well.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great information on local sights! lorenzo at the desk especially looked after us. They were pretty good too ensure we had a nice stay!

connecting doormissing umbrellas
i had a problem with noise. there was a connecting door to the room next door, and i could hear everything (i mean, every single word). it. the staff mentioned that this is common because of that door, just annoying. (i wish they'd warned me!), no umbrellas were provided during the rainy weather, frustrating.

the decor was unique i found the hotel very beautiful. the staff were very cute and friendly i appreciated their service. the location is ideal i could easily access cafes and restaurants nearby. breakfast was good it had a beautiful dining area with fireplaces.
the room did not have chairs this made it difficult to relax at the end of a day. the bed was rickety and noisy i could not sleep well. the shower was only warm at times it was not hot enough.

The location proved great. It was only a short walk to the city center. Staff members were friendly and provided assistance whenever needed. The breakfast had many choices including fresh items. I liked the coffee.
The towels in the room are worn. Also the marble floors get slippery when wet. A rubber mat in the shower should address this issue.

Hotel staff were very cute and they are very open for friendly conversation. I appreciate the efficient pickup service arranged from the airport. In general, the staff seemed eager to help with various requests.

The breakfast had many options that included cook-to-order food. The dining area itself looks beautiful, it has fireplaces, which gives it a nice atmosphere. Fresh produce seemed a priority, which I found great.
