Really good City Stay

The central location allowed quick access to shops. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated how modern and clean the room was. The air conditioning worked very well. It easily cooled the room.
The room was small. I found the bathroom slightly uncomfortable to use.

The surrounding area has diverse restaurants, providing casual to upscale options, all within a short walk. Exploring neighborhood restaurants on foot was easy. I could find many dining choices close to the hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I thank Anna especially. She was supportive. The location allowed me to walk to many attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!
The bathroom felt too small. There was no phone. I did not see tea or coffee making equipment. The wardrobe had only five hangers and no drawers.

The location was quite central I could walk to many places. Staff were generally friendly and check-in was fast. The bed in the room felt comfortable.
The walls seemed thin I could hear noises from other rooms. There was no fridge in my room I found this inconvenient. The sink was actually in the room, not in the bathroom.

A Few Minor Issues

Oh my gosh, the location was awesome I cannot lie. It was right in the center, and the shopping street was downstairs! The staff, Javi and Tony specifically, was so friendly and always smiling and greeting guests, which I did appreciate.
Gosh, that room was really poorly laid out. The sink was in the main part of the room. Both the toilet and shower were enclosed in a glass box so you could see movement inside it which was not nice. The bed also moved on the floor and was also a lil small.

The location IS great. Just in the center. It was only a ten-minute walk to the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. The hotel was equipped in a modern style. VERY nice and neat. Staff were helpful and polite.
My room was a bit too dark. The windows faced an indoor patio. NO reply to my message to the hotel. I contacted them about my taxi experience.
