the room service came in a brown paper bag. I expected it to be wheeled in on a cart. The food in the diner was not good.

the location made exploring easy. i found many cool spots within walking distance! the room was super clean. I had everything i needed.
The minibar prices were pretty high. I think there should be more affordable options available.

The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get around. The subway was nearby.
My room, a soho king room, felt smaller than advertised. The minibar was not restocked daily, irritating. the in-room coffee machine was broken. It took two calls to get it replaced, delaying my morning.
