terrible noise difficult sleep
The room and bathroom were a good size. They were kept well maintained.
I could hear noise from garbage trucks outside MY room. The front desk person assured me this was a quiet room. it was noisy. SLEEP was difficult.

The hotel's architecture is unique. I found the location convenient to many attractions. The staff offered attentive service. The room was quiet and conducive to rest.

The room had a functional desk and a chair. I noticed daily room cleaning if required. The building displays ornate features throughout.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours but that was alright.

delicious food excellent door team helpful front desk
Le Gratin had excellent food and drinks. The door team impressed me upon arrival. Front desk staff remembered my name. I appreciated that.
Street noise was noticeable even on the higher floors.

noisy room thin pillow
The staff was helpful. They upgraded my room to a premium king when i only booked a beautiful king.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear a dj blasting music until 4am, which disrupted my sleep. also, someone barged into my new room while i was still in bed at 9am, unacceptable. the bed was hard and the pillows were thin, so it wasn't a restful experience at all.
