The room and bathroom were a good size. They were kept well maintained.
I could hear noise from garbage trucks outside MY room. The front desk person assured me this was a quiet room. it was noisy. SLEEP was difficult.

The staff was helpful. They upgraded my room to a premium king when i only booked a beautiful king.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear a dj blasting music until 4am, which disrupted my sleep. also, someone barged into my new room while i was still in bed at 9am, unacceptable. the bed was hard and the pillows were thin, so it wasn't a restful experience at all.
