the check-in process was really smooth. the room had everything i needed (and was very stylish!). the location is very central with lots of coffee shops nearby.
the room only had one large cup and one espresso-sized cup. housekeeping took away the dirty towels, but they did not leave fresh replacements. i requested a coffee refill at breakfast, but it never arrived.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The gym had a lot of machines and a good amount of space for workouts.
I was looking forward to using the pool, but hotel guests only have free access from 8am to 11:30am. After that, it becomes a 21+ area with a $40 per person charge for a four-hour session (I didn't like that). The pool area had only 34 loungers, two cabanas, and three double beds. It felt very small for a hotel with 36 floors.
