nice city stay
elegant rooms comfortable bed helpful staff
the hotel boasts elegant rooms , including a decent-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. i found the comfortable bed , good linen , and advanced lighting controls quite helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a very excellent spread. the front desk staff were also very helpful , recommending a picturesque finnish restaurant.
i found some aspects of the advertised five-star rating not fully met. the elevator situation was inconvenient , with just one elevator available. while there were no major issues , the overall experience felt more like a four-star hotel.

the location was pretty good, fairly central.
the air conditioning was not working properly. it was a hot night and i got very little sleep (i was sweating).

i stayed here for three nights. the breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious foods. the staff WAS very friendly and helpful. the location is central, so i could reach everything on foot.
the glutenfree department did not meet my expectations , the bread was not great.

dysfunctional air conditioning gluten-free bread
the location was great, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. despite adjusting the settings, the room remained hot, resulting in a very uncomfortable night with little sleep. the breakfast was also a bit disappointing. The gluten-free options did not meet my expectations, especially the gluten-free bread.

Acceptable, but With an Issue
The location is central. It is within walking distance of the central station and close to restaurants.
The air conditioning was dysfunctional. It was very hot outside. The air conditioning in my room on the 4th floor was not working despite adjustments. As a result, it was a very hot night with almost no sleep.
