historic building with helpful staff
efficient check-in historic building helpful staff
the check-in was efficient and the staff showed us to our room. they gave recommendations for sights and eating places. the building and room itself were historic and full of character. baggage storage was available and made things easier.
i did not find a lift. it was necessary to carry baggage up several flights of stairs. this could pose a challenge for some guests. i think the hotel should provide better clarity about the stairs.

The location was central. The building retained its historical charm, showcasing beautiful sculptures. I appreciated the super-friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet and comfortable, REALLY allowing for a restful stay.
There was no elevator, requiring carrying luggage up a few flights of stairs. It was a little inconvenient.

cold room basic breakfast
the building had a historic feel and the staff were helpful.
the room felt cold and the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. the breakfast was very basic, with limited options and nothing special, it didn't seem worth the extra cost. i was expecting a bit more for the price.

historical building large room convenient location beautiful lobby
I appreciated the historical building. It added character to my stay. My room was large with multiple storage areas. This helped me keep organized. The location is right across from the Boboli Gardens entrance. The lobby was also beautiful.
The air conditioning system was difficult to adjust.
