The food was consistently mediocre. I expected more variety, but the buffet seemed repetitive. I also found the desserts visually appealing, yet lacking flavor. That's a shame. The lack of a quality dining experience impacted my overall stay here.

Truly Charmed by This Hotel

I loved this hotel and would come back. The staff was friendly and helpful, they did their best to. The food had great variety and excellent taste, it was a really nice surprise. I also enjoyed the shows presented by the animation team, they added a lot of fun to my stay.
The minibar prices seemed high. I needed some snacks and drinks and the prices were not really affordable. I believe the hotel could make some adjustments to make it easier for its guests to have access to these amenities.

The main restaurant offered themed nights. I found seafood night and international night to be particularly good with options for diverse palates. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to their liking.

The hotel has direct beach access. The beach was sandy and clean. It allowed swimming with the fish. I also found it very practical for watching the sunrise over the Red Sea.

There were two pools available. I could use both a regular pool and a heated pool, this made it possible to swim comfortably even in January. I also found the variety of all-inclusive cocktails excellent.

I had such an awesome time here! the staff were always smiling and ready to assist, especially mr rahim. He made sure everything was perfect! the beach was sandy, and the water was so clear. I spent most of my days swimming. food was really good with a lot of choices.

The room was spacious, clean, and really well kept. It included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area, offering enough space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Mr rahim from guest relations contacted me before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and helped us with any requests , so kind.

The food options are fantastic. There was a good variety, including freshly grilled meats and delicious sides. The egyptian bread made fresh daily was a definite highlight and the ice cream station was awesome!!!

The pool area includes a large heated pool and a kids' aqua park. There are also plenty of activities and entertainment, with something always happening, so many opportunities for water sports, that was great.
