Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
fun water slides clean room well-kept gardens
I found the water slides to be really fun , especially for families. My room was very clean with modern decor. I also appreciated the lush and well kept gardens throughout the resort.

clean hotel friendly staff helpful guide
i enjoyed the clean hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. he helped me a lot and i can see why people speak so highly of him. everything that i read was true.

the resort provide a fine sandy beach with mountain views. i appreciate the serene coastal setting. it create a relaxing environment for families.

the main restaurant provide good food that was always available. i think the Italian restaurant was a highlight . it give a good experience.

the staff are friendly, helpful, and respectful. mr rahim was cooperative and knowledgeable. he completed the paperwork fast and suggest rooms. i appreciate the excellent active housekeeping and landscaping staff.

the resort feature a fun aqua park that kept the kids entertained. i love the heated swimming pool with the bar in it. it was very enjoyable for me.

fantastic stay!
beautiful garden sandy beach
The hotel offered a beautiful garden area and a sandy beach. the staff demonstrated willingness and professional approach consistently. i was repeatedly impressed by the attention to detail. They always surprised me.
the wi-fi in the room was often unreliable which was frustrating. i was told the signal would be very strong, but pages weren't loading and the wi-fi kept disconnecting.

the room had comfortable beds. air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a pleasant temperature. the bathroom featured a tv opposite the bathtub and a 43-inch tv across from the bed.

There are five separate restaurants, and all are available to guests. meals were generally delicious. I especially liked the desserts. it is impossible to go hungry as there is always food to choose.

the personnel are helpful, considerate, and always smiling. ahmed at the lobby bar made artistic cappuccinos. the staff consistently provided great customer service enhancing the overall experience.

the beach is close to the hotel, a definite plus. the hotel's landscape is very orderly and visually appealing! many activities are available so it is hard to be bored. the hotel is accessible for people with disabilities.
