The hotel offered a beautiful garden area and a sandy beach. the staff demonstrated willingness and professional approach consistently. i was repeatedly impressed by the attention to detail. They always surprised me.

the wi-fi in the room was often unreliable which was frustrating. i was told the signal would be very strong, but pages weren't loading and the wi-fi kept disconnecting.

the room had comfortable beds. air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a pleasant temperature. the bathroom featured a tv opposite the bathtub and a 43-inch tv across from the bed.

There are five separate restaurants, and all are available to guests. meals were generally delicious. I especially liked the desserts. it is impossible to go hungry as there is always food to choose.

the personnel are helpful, considerate, and always smiling. ahmed at the lobby bar made artistic cappuccinos. the staff consistently provided great customer service enhancing the overall experience.
