The resort offered numerous activities for everyone. I enjoyed the pools and the large aqua park. There were also water slides for both kids and adults, including dedicated kiddy pools. I appreciated the availability of water surfing and bumper boats. I found house keeping great and the laundry service was reasonably priced.
I found that not all the items in the market had prices labeled, inconvenient.

Several stores are located within the hotel. A mall exists only 15 minutes away by walk. A shuttle goes to the beach every 30 minutes so it is easy to access the coastal area.

The room was furnished in a modern arabic style. It was located directly in front of the pool. It also had a nice pool view. It was spacious and well kept.

The aqua park is big and amazing. All facilities were operational and offered many things to do across the hotel. The hotel offers multiple pools. All the family can find something suitable.

The staff are very friendly. They were always available to help. Mr amr abdallah was especially helpful throughout the stay. Mohammed magdi at reception ensured our stay was comfortable and kept our families in nearby rooms.

The food quality was very high. There are lots of restaurants. Guests are granted with choices for food. There are many bars, they all offer snacks and drinks around the aqua park and hotel.

The staff members at this resort are very attentive. Hamada from room service offered excellent service. The proximity to a nearby mall is great (for additional shopping options!).

The reception staff who checked me in don't suit working with guests. They were arrogant and unfriendly. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Their disdainful looks were lovely.

i found the multiple restaurants helpful as i didn't have to eat the same thing all the time. the staff cleaned my room well! and kept it tidy . there were many pools available and that provided plenty of space to swim and relax.
The noise was a problem. It started early and went on until late at night! it was hard to rest. the food became repetitive, the variety was limited day to day! the shuttle bus took a long time and i had to wait longer than expected for it.
