modern stay with great amenities
rooftop pool local transport
i found the rooftop pool lovely, even though it could use more loungers. the location worked well for me, as i preferred avoiding heavily touristy areas. i appreciated being a short distance from local transport links. a 7-eleven nearby offered extra convenience.
the room i booked was not as expected. it stated a city view and kitchenette were included. this was not the case, and the front desk was unable to correct it.

i received a complimentary upgrade, great. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop bar offers amazing views day AND night. I found the staff to be very attentive to my needs .

excellent service good location clean room convenient taxis
the staff named john and siri gave excellent service. i really appreciated the good location, with a nice nature view from my room. the room was very clean, and the gym and rooftop bar offered nice views. the airport link services nearby were also very convenient. taxis were easy to organize.
The sound isolation in the room wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms.

I received a room upgrade, even though i was only staying one night. the receptionist was very nice. The doorman helped me get a taxi. the room was spacious and comfortable. it was perfect for my short stay.
The lighting position did not seem well-placed. The room felt dim. there were no hidden lights to create a cozy ambiance. i needed to turn off all lights to sleep comfortably, as there was no option for softer lighting.

i stayed in a beautiful twin room. the room had two separate beds. there was a work desk. the room featured a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchen utensils. i found a microwave and an induction cooktop. this makes it convenient for preparing food.
i noticed poor sound insulation. doors were squeaky. i could hear noises from the hallway. it was sometimes unclear what was happening on the floor at night it was disruptive.

the hotel is a little away from the main attractions. a 7-eleven store is conveniently located just a short walk away. a shuttle bus to the bts station is available for easy transportation.

poor insulation inconvenient location
I was really annoyed with the noise. I could clearly hear doors slamming and people talking loudly at all hours, difficult to sleep. the sound insulation is just terrible. also, the location wasn't great since it required a taxi to get almost anywhere. that meant sitting in traffic for ages, and i felt quite isolated. it really impacted my ability to explore the city efficiently. the nearest metro station was not easily accessible on foot either.

polite service new hotel good facilities lovely pool
The staff members were kind and provided very polite service. Mai and Tom deserve special recognition (.). I also found the newly built facilities to be very well kept. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The hotel has a lovely pool and the dinner and breakfast options were very good.
The room could have used a bit more downlighting. It felt a little dim at times.
