the staff provided helpful information before arrival regarding check in. the room i stayed in felt spacious. i found the accommodations quite clean. a sound proof window kept the room especially quiet.
the sink in the bathroom seemed a little clogged, it filled up quickly.

The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. i reported it, but nothing happened. also, the noise from the street below was pretty bad at night. It made it tough to sleep even with the windows closed.

The staff provided all necessary information with kindness. I checked in earlier than scheduled. I appreciated this. The location allowed easy access to the harbor and various dining options. The room provided ample space and cleanliness, a welcome sight after a long journey.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for exploring. the staff helped me check in early, really convenient after my long trip from the us. i was able to access my room around 11am instead of the usual check-in time. i appreciated this a lot. It allowed me to rest sooner.
the bedding had a few stains, even though it was clean.
