Convenient Stay Near the Airport
frequent shuttle comfortable room accessible laundry helpful staff
The shuttle service was very frequent and reliable. My room was comfortable and clean. The accessible laundry room was a definite plus. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating .
I noticed the hallways could use some updating. this did not impact my stay.

The Taproom offers a wide array of food and beverage choices. I saw many people ordering from the grill and everyone looked happy.. I didn't personally eat there, but the options seemed varied.

The front desk was always staffed and ready to assist. I asked for directions once and the staff member was very helpful. They answered all my questions with patience.

The fitness center provided good equipment for a solid workout. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes and a variety of weight machines. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to locate.

jay provided great service at check-in. he offered restaurant recommendations. i also appreciated the convenient parking garage.

Acceptable stay near the airport
smooth process quiet room rude receptionist hot water
The check-in process was smooth. My questions were answered, and the room was quiet and clean. I felt ready to start my vacation (I was so excited!).
I had to wait about 30 minutes each time for hot water. One receptionist was rude to my friend. (I think the hotel could improve this aspect.)

inadequate air conditioning pricey breakfast
I was frustrated with a couple of things. the room's air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. I found myself constantly adjusting it. the lack of complimentary breakfast also seemed like a miss. Especially considering the price i paid for the room. it meant an added expense and inconvenience each morning trying to find somewhere to eat.

an okay stay
warm welcome helpful staff efficient shuttle unusable shower scolding water missing cold water
the staff had a warm welcome and were quite hospitable. the shuttle service was really efficient and helpful, since i had many bags with me.
there was drilling and hammering all day which was really disturbing. the shower was unusable, the water was scolding with no cold water to cool it down.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed. It was a beautiful king. The 24/7 free shuttle to the airport terminals was AMAZING!!!
The check-in process was a bit slow.
