warm welcomehelpful staffefficient shuttleunusable showerscolding watermissing cold water
the staff had a warm welcome and were quite hospitable. the shuttle service was really efficient and helpful, since i had many bags with me.
there was drilling and hammering all day which was really disturbing. the shower was unusable, the water was scolding with no cold water to cool it down.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed. It was a beautiful king. The 24/7 free shuttle to the airport terminals was AMAZING!!!
The check-in process was a bit slow.
