The location was AMAZING. I walked to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace within minutes. The hotel's garden provided a tranquil escape. The breakfast had a wide array of options. The staff ensured my stay was comfortable.
The bathroom was a little cramped. That's my ONLY complaint.

The hotel's location suited me well. Many attractions are nearby. The tram stop is within walking distance. Breakfast offered a good assortment of options. The staff were attentive and helpful.
Our room was small. Moving around felt uncomfortable. The rooftop restaurant's daytime access seemed restricted. Taxis from the hotel proved difficult to get. These taxis also charged high prices.

the location was fantastic i could easily walk to major attractions the breakfast offered many options each morning staff readily helped with inquiries or issues they addressed my concerns quickly i found this responsive service helpful.
the gym equipment felt outdated the treadmills specifically showed considerable wear i recommend upgrading the fitness facilities to maintain a high standard and enhance guest satisfaction fresh equipment is essential

Amazing stay near EVERYTHING!!!

The location is PERFECT. I was literally steps from the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, and also the tram station. Everything I wanted to see was within a short walk. The room was clean and the shower had strong pressure. This made mornings GREAT. I appreciated the excellent service from the staff. They met all my requests quickly.
The elevators were small, and there were steps to reach them. This made it a little difficult with luggage.

the breakfast included many options. the staff at the breakfast service was very helpful. ekrem, the bellhop, provided great assistance with our luggage. chourouk, the receptionist, gave us excellent recommendations for local attractions.
our room had a massive concrete pillar in the middle. this made it difficult to access the bed. the bathroom was also very tiny and the toilet was too close to the wall. the air conditioning was not very strong, so the room felt uncomfortably warm.
