location is great but other stuff.. not so much
non-working hairdryer
well, the room i booked was a superior corner room, it sounded fancy. turns out, the hairdryer didn't work. i asked them to fix it, like, a bunch of times, but they just ignored me. so i had to walk around with wet hair. and the new year's eve dinner? what a joke. the food was terrible and there wasn't even enough of it.

fantastic location and great service
really good locationnice viewdaily housekeeping
i stayed for four nights and found the location really good. it was a short walk to the basilica cistern, hagia sophia, the blue mosque, and topkapi palace. the city view room provided a nice view of hagia sophia and i recommend it. housekeeping came daily and kept everything very tidy.

The hotel staff are very polite. The location is really good because it is near to main tourist attractions. I appreciate breakfast which was excellent, and people were very kind. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat.
