The concierge helped arrange a wonderful Bosphorus tour. The staff communicated easily, a great help to me. Breakfast provided a variety that was both good and plentiful.

The staff showed very nice accommodation. They allowed us to stay in our room until late at night. this consideration was very helpful since we had a midnight flight. i extend special thanks to mr gokhan gokmen for his dedication to making guests feel special. his personal service was excellent.

The reception staff were always smiling. They were always helpful. The breakfast had many choices. The restaurant provided a great evening menu.
The room was a combination of two rooms with transition doors. None of the rooms had windows. It gave a very claustrophobic feeling while I was in the room.

The building has a rich history. It once served as a tobacco factory during the Ottoman era. The staff was friendly and offered helpful advice regarding local attractions. Breakfast was superb. I found the buffet to be especially good and plentiful (especially the fresh pastries!).
The manual operation of multiple curtains in the room was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly, and they were so helpful. I really appreciated their kindness. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options. IT included local foods, which i enjoyed, and the location was convenient to major attractions.
The room i had lacked windows, which gave IT a claustrophobic feel. This was disappointing, as I had expected something different based on the pictures online. The temperature was not adjustable. The ac seemed to be stuck in summer mode, and that was not good.

ac malfunction overbaked croissants
the location proved convenient for reaching key attractions. it was a short walk to many places.
i had issues with the room temperature controls. despite several attempts to adjust it, the ac seemed stuck in summer mode. the staff suggested i turn off the ac and use a blanket instead. the breakfast quality also seemed mediocre, the croissants felt consistently overbaked.
