i booked a three-night stay and found the location excellent. the path to yokohama station was sheltered, great. the staff responded well to my queries via chat. they also stored my packages before i arrived, helpful.

i found many good restaurants conveniently located in the same building, very useful. this allowed for easy access to meals without needing to travel far. the breakfast was also lovely.

the standard twin room was spotlessly clean. it was spacious compared to other hotels i have stayed at. i liked the comfy beds and the large tv with streaming services.

the hotel has vending machines on every other floor. the gym service was a great addition to my stay. i also found a cafe in the lobby that had coffee, pastries, and sandwiches.

Excellent Stay and Convenient Location

The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom layout separated the toilet and shower into different rooms, a thoughtful design. I found laundry rooms available with washer-dryer combos (it costs 500 yen per load). The in-room tv displayed the washing and drying status, a feature i appreciated.
The front desk is on the 4th floor.

Many restaurants are available in the hotel building. I noticed a bakery served baked goods, including cakes, breads and croissants. These options give guests variety without leaving the premises.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Access to the station is easy regardless of weather. This central location is also convenient for uber pick up and drop off (something i found useful).

The location is a short walk to the station. This made it easy to get around (especially when carrying luggage). The hotel room was very clean and modern, I found.
I did not find any English maps available. I also thought the self check-in was tiresome (I prefer a personal touch).
