harris at the reception was so friendly and helpful. she.). the housekeeping staff were great too make our room comfortable. the room was spacious, clean, and the plunge pool was the perfect way to cool off from the heat.

the hotel feels quite basic, not quite living up to a five-star experience. our bathroom seemed a bit dated with tiles that didn't quite match the overall feel. the breakfast offered a very standard selection, more typical of a three-star hotel. we only received one bottle of water and no refills of coffee or milk pods.
